Rear end problem

2001 Toyota base 4x4 3.4 liter 5 speed manual. So about a week ago I noticed as when I would drive in lower rpms my rear driver's side tire seems to be catching. It's not locked but there is definitely something wrong. If I'm traveling and go from gear to gear when my Rpms drop it seems like it's almost grabbing. But as my Rpms increase it doesn't do it. Could it be a stuck e break? I have never used it. I always have just left my truck in gear. But as the week progressed the problem seems to be getting worse. Is it a drum issue or axel warp? Any help

You should always use the parking brake along with leaving it in gear.

Puck up the rear end of the truck and hand spin the wheels to see if they spin freely. Also check for high heat around the rear brakes after driving.
