the paint in the shock tower cavities ought to be cured enough to get the new quikStruts installed today
either it makes a world of difference or it does not... i only have to wheel down the street maybe 100 feet to find out on that broken road
or will i need to get into some new UCAs because bushings are shot, how do you test and evalutate them there bushings that cannot be seen well

that was definitely an ordeal getting those quickStruts on yesterday, worse when found the Monroe factory did not assembly the top part proper and had to compress the spring to orientate the mount insulator in the proper direction for it to slip in with ease
now my inner upper back shoulder area is all buggered up :( from trying hard to press the LCA down enough to wiggle the first attempted install on driver side before noticing and investigating the defect

looking at prior pics the lower washer on those MOOG stabilizer links may be installed improper

i thought i was gonna catch a small break from being cramped under the taco for a spell before much more needed repair before that winter monster cometh :(

heading out to land of stinkin' linkin'
... will be a good test on these new quickStruts over that rough Quincy bridge on the Mississippi if its as rough as was the last time i wheeled onit

weather permitting i am going to try and assist the nephew at replacing all 4 corners on his Sebring suspension parts... says he got the good stuff from the RockAuto but needs to compress the front coils since no assemblies are made for it

things got a tad intresting at the nephews yesterday, those spring compressor stix became all tangled up

headed south of KCK today on the 69 to the 59 in OK ending up somewhere in AR

on the hunt for tiger trail 90 in SW Missouri
it's in a rugged area, very hilly and very curvy
I am glad that there is no icing in a 100 degree swamp
should hit 270k near KCMO on the way back north
