Have it checked, and keep an eye on it. Yours is in the last year that was supposedly effected, and if you start having issues you want to find out earlier rather than later.

Sounds like the bulbs aren’t seated right? OEM housings don’t leak easily unless there is damage.

Totally normal. You could also find it gets "stuck" in low and you may need to put in in reverse to get it out. Most of the times mine transitions between 4x2 and 4x4 smooth as silk, but sometimes thing just don't line up as well and it will be a bit more rough.

^^^This. I did the same thing when I bought my 2015. Went to 5 different dealers with the exact options I wanted and let them fight it out. 2 tried to screw me over, but I finally found one that could bring in the exact model I was looking for AND for a very reasonable price.
