2001 Tacoma 4X4 Double Cab

Bought this Tacoma new in Nov. 2000. Now has 219,000 miles. Starting to wonder about the starter motor, alternator and wheel bearings. All are original. Am I pushing my luck or should they all be replaced? Thanks!
 
97 taco here with the 5VZFE
344k miles manual transmission
Starter and alternator original
Passenger wheel bearing original
Driver side wheel bearing replaced 3x now over the past 4 years
LBJs once on passenger side and twice on driver side

RufusTFirefly seemed to be concerned most with just those parts
his rig is most likely an automatic transmission which i don't quite know much about
