2007 Tacoma lift and tire sizes

Hi guys and gals new here I have 07 taco I’m getting 2.5-3” lift can’t decide what size tires to put on 285 275. My wheels are 17” stock I’m getting 1.25”offset spacers can anyone give me any info or let me know any probs the have had doing this with rubbing. Thanks
