2007 Tacoma

My daughter flipped my Tacoma over in its side. The side curtain airbags deployed. Everything works, except the tail running lights, The window controls and power locks. They did right after we flipped it back over. Now they are not. Is there a relay we have to replace? Have taken it to a mechanic who has had it for about 2 months and can't seem to figure out the dilemma. Can anyone give some insight please? Maybe something that hasn't been checked or they are missing? Thanks

Could be anything at this point to a broken wire/bad ground, open fuse, switch's, etc., or a combination of things Gotta start measuring for voltages going to those places where your losing it.
