2020 ac drain is to short. Drain on top of the fram

See the arrow in the photo. Toyota in their shortsighted design cut the ac drain to let it drip on top of the frame.
What you see on the frame below the drip is two coats of liquid film. THIS WILL RUST THE FRAME BIG TIME.

There is a fix for that I found. Hose extension with single hose clamp. You can access it through the passenger side fenderwell.

Yep poor design. There are a few posts about this on here and other forums. Like @B-Man said it can be fixed.

Yesterday was a cool day and I fix my AC drain issues. Was going to use heater hose but determined it was to heavy and might damage the ac drain. I used all weather HVAC hose and sprayed it with heat protection paint.
