Just came in from a test drive in a buddies 2022 certified tacoma sport he recently bought to find out what he's whining about.
Well, he may have a couple issue's...his transmission isn't as smooth, and precise as mine, plus the truck feels logy...you press the gas pedal down, and there's almost no response till it gets 1/3 way down. His truck just feels slow vs mine. I let him drive my 2020 access cab. He said that it felt like his old 4.3 chevy just with way more hp up top....now feels something with his taco is definitely amiss.
He's going to bring the truck back to the dealer to see if anything could be improved....I told him I'll back him up with my truck if they give you a hard time saying all is normal.
