Here’s the lights I used. It came in a 3 pack for $13.99.
My only recommendation is getting some good 3M auto adhesive tape to keep around for stuff like this. The adhesive that comes with isn’t the greatest. After adding the 3M tape they haven’t moved and batteries are still good after almost 4 months.

Here is another option of strip lights for $22.99 but they are hard wired.
Either way it’s a cheap way to go.
