Certified used Tacoma and maintenance - too picky?

Well... With all the "oil drama" ended up scoring some NAPA Syn 0w-20 for $18.99 5qt, jug. This oil (5w-30) worked well in my 09 Tacoma 2.4l. It's bottled by Ashland/Valvoline. Should do the job at a fair price.

Did you get that oil filter wrench that some were talking about? Ive been looking for the actual thread it was in but can't find it now.
 
Thanks guys, I gotta get me one. I'm still awhile away from my first oil change but wanna get that wrench now instead of waiting till I need it and then can't find one.
 
Just received my motiv x tools oil filter socket and drain tube today. Ordered it Friday and delivered Tuesday. When I ordered it they said free 2 day free shipping, when I seen it was coming from the west coast and I live on the east coast I thought no way it was gonna be here. Well they showed me. Had tracking info from USPO for the duration of its journey and shortly after it was delivered I received an email from them stateing my package was delivered and if I hadn't received it to notify them. Tool looks to be absolutely 1st class and coudtomer service 1st class also.
