I got a 2016 Tacoma trd off-road and since the day 1 I was wondering what that part is for .i asked the dealer and they don't even know can you BELIVE that

No not at all
I set the alarm off and no flash or blink and I put go pro while locking and unlocking still no flash or blink
That's what I thought first that has something to do with the alarm system but I think not

I have that in my 2016 sr5. I was told by the dealership that it's for running diagnostics when in the shop.
