Door Lock Actuators

I have a 2006 Taco. Both key fobs will unlock the doors - but neither will lock them. All 4 doors are affected. Is there a 'module' in common with all actuators that might at fault ?
Does it beep or do the lights flash as if it were locked?

Well I read a few articles and here are a few possibilities.
- Battery in your key fob (unlikely since unlock works, but it's an easy issue to rule out)
- Make sure all the doors are closed completely, even your hood.
- Bad actuator relay.
My guess is the door lock relay has burnt out. From what I've read, there is one relay used to lock and unlock.
I also have an 06 Taco. Sometimes I have to hit the button a few times to get it to lock. The contacts on my relay could be beginning to wear out. Did you have a similar scenario where you had to push the button multiple times to get it to lock before it stopped working completely?
