This forum doesn't have many threads just chatting about stuff, so I keep starting some.
Here is another for you all.

What is your dream car?
Price be damned, lets say that you have a rich sister and she is going to buy you any new car you want because you are an awesome person.

What are you getting.

I will kick this off with my choice.

A 2020 Aston Martin DB11 Volante. Make mine black please.

When I was in Scotland a gentleman gave me a ride in his Aston Martin, no it wasn't a DB series, but doesn't matter, I wanted one ever since, and that was long ago. Every time I have spare time in a big city with an Aston Martin dealer I go and drool on their cars for a few minutes. Seriously considering treating myself to some model or other of Aston when I turn 50, as a birthday gift to myself. Or maybe my girlfriend will win a lottery before then and buy me one. ;)

Not sure how old some of you guys are but my "dream car" days are over. Before buying my '19 OffRoad I thought about buying a new Corvette or something in that category then I stopped and took a think. I own a '03 Mustang GT and getting out is like getting out of bed. Tough as hell and I also think an old guy like myself "57" owning a "youngsters" car is ridiculous and looks even more ridiculous driving it. JMO

That said, if I were a young buck it would have to be a Vette. The Vette's price per HP is excellent compared to the foreign manufacturers.

new vettes are a bitch to get in and out of, and you cant rod them (at least here) because its expensive to fix anything if you hit a little bump in the road. but theyre fun to think about owning. trucks are fun to tear up mud! btw, 57 is still pretty darn young. :)
