Dual exhaust

I just bought a thrush welded single in dual out muffler in hopes of running two pipes straight out the back. I have heard that in order to do this the spare tire has to be removed. I don't want to remove my spare if I don't have to. Is there anyway around this? Has anyone done this before on the first gen tacos? Pictures would be great if possible. Thanks

It's a 2003 prerunner xtra cab if that matters at all

You'll probably have to remove it to go straight back if you want it down the middle of the truck.

A good exhaust shop will make a custom one.
