Engine light and traction light

I have these lights that are in solid lit. Any one have this issue?

A mechanic said to me I need o2 sensor but ain’t sure about the traction light. He believes if he change the o2 sensor the traction light usually goes off with engine light. But he fears it’s another type of wiring issues

It's normal for the traction light to come on with the CEL.

Yes. Fix the problem and both lights will go out.
