Never saw a simple fender bender be so difficult to get repaired either...should have been completed within 2 weeks of the actual accident...wtf?

i sent pictures to insurance agency claims of the additional damage spotted once i had a 2nd look at it to analise back in December
and it never appeared on the adj. estimate!?

Taillight fell off the truck and the insurance won't cover the damage from waaaaaayyyyyy back last year.
