The removal and install wasn’t too bad. I had more trouble with the garnish. There was lots of trimming to make it fit.

I did the swap well over a year ago. Zero issues with the sensor.
Swap it self is pretty easy, just take your time and go easy, plastic breaks.

Before I installed mine,,I purchased a roll of black window mesh!,cut and fit to the inside of the grill and hot glued into place. This keeps the trans cooler and radiator free from stones,bugs,etc
