Jerking at slow speed stop

I have a 2001 prerunner 2wd with no ABS. The problem is when I stop at really slow speeds it feels like abs is kicking on. The problem is I don't have abs. I have greased everything and it still happens. My pedal isn't jerking but I can hear a noise and it feels like the rear end has abs kicking in. It doesn't happen all the time but when it does it drives me crazy. The truck has 100000 miles and I don't know what to do. I was hoping maybe someone has dealt with this and knows a fix. Thanks guys.
 
It sounds like your drum in the back is warped. I had the same problem except mine was a warped front brake rotor. To check if it's definitely the back find a long empty straight road and go around 30 mph or so and slowly pull the ebrake and if it still does it then it's the back. Just my .02
