LED License plate lights

I've changed all my lights to LED on the interior with no problem but can't figure out how to do the license plate. Anyone figure this out yet? I've been search online and YouTube but haven't had luck.

I've tried that, but can't get it loose for it to pop out.

I took the L.E.D.'s out of my license plate lights. The would always flash when my lights were on. I put the regular bulbs back in.

I changed mine out. It is just reaching under and twisting them out. I did notice that one of the bulbs was wet. When I had my first 5k service done, I mentioned it to Toyota service, they agreed it was bad and ordered a new part.

I got a thin screw driver and a small pick and worked each corner little by little and it comes out change the bulb and push it back in it will snap right in place
