Rough Country offers this JUST for Tacoma's for the lower grill. The button I ordered separate.

E-bay is the best bet for brackets on that year of Tacoma. Under 30 bucks. Just an FYI

How hard is it to aim?

From years of reading, most people find those ebay/spyder projector headlights to have less output than stock headlights if ur concerned about lighting.
