Well the thing is, they use to always be on when you turned your headlights on

If you leave the button on they will come on with the low beam headlights. They go off with high beama unless you modded it.

My grandpa mustve had it down because when i got the truck they were always on, which i prefer for visibilty... And there not blinding to other drivers
