do the red sox have a special fan treat like the royals do
it is called the sonic slam in KCMO
a grand slam in the 6th inning will net a pre-drawn contestant $25k
they had to make a payout last night after not paying for any last year
an intresting note also is this was the first sonic slam in the 6th inning that has occurred at home in KCMO since 2o13...13 years since it happened on the home field

Other than the appearance of strobe type lighting when a homer is hit, there's wally the mascot. Boston seems to have a different crazy dug house ritual every season when one of their players homers.....Last year it was putting on a imitation wally mascot head.
