This was in a box in my garage. My wife used it on a car we no longer have. I've used it over the past 3 days with no discomfort. Yesterday, I drove around for 2+ hours with just a 10 minute stop in the middle. There was a little discomfort, but much much better than without it.

It has a velcro strap to keep the lumbar pad in place. I added a bungie cord to keep the seat part from moving around when I get out of the truck.

I looked on Amazon and couldn't find anything similar.
