I want to change my tires on my 2016 Tacoma trd sport with oversized tires for the off-road lock and also put a leveling kit. Does anyone know what I need.

265/70R17 is a common step up. An A/T or hybrid tire with a little meat on the sidewall will probably give you the look you're looking for.
