I presume you can still use the oil filter wrench on it???.......and, the torque spec is still 18ft/lbs???

It’s the same as the plastic OEM yes.

My wife's 3.5 Camry takes the same cap assembly I believe. It came with the metal Toyota one. But previous owner may have upgraded to the metal one
