Rear Brakes sticking at start-up

What would cause the rear brakes to stick? In the morning, a few times now, When I first put the truck in reverse to back out of the drive, it feels like the back brakes are sticking??? I have to put the parking brake on when I park...
Is this normal?

My old F150 used to do the same thing, but it was anytime the parking brake was used. It was the parking brake cable that was the issue and not the brakes themselves.

is the bellcrank not returning/releasing proper when parking brake released from an extended period

The aluminum ends of the brake cables where they bolt to the back of the brake.
