Good to know. I’m at 200k, and my friend tacoma has 125k on her 05, and her motor just blew yesterday. No compression on cylinder 6, apparently it’s a common issue with the 05 4.0l. Funny how my 08 4.0l is at 200k without any trouble [emoji16]

I almost bought a used 05 when I got mine. It was a lot cheaper But after some research, the head gasket and motor mounts is what kept me away. I chose an 09 and haven't had any issues

A buddy of mine that is the service manager at the local Toyota dealer has a 2008 trd OR it has 270k on it. He says it's still like new and he is never selling it. Lol

I have 150K on mine now. Supercharger went on at like 90K. I’ve been wanting to sell it for a few years now.
