Siphoning Gas

Anyone know for sure if you can siphon gas out of a Tacoma?
Just curious before I buy a locking gas cap...TIA....

Idk, i haven't tried it, but i have had a locking gas cap for a couple years now. We get some vandalism on our road every year, so its kind of a deterrent as my truck sits outside 24/7.
I'd be more worried about someone with a battery powered drill punching a hole in your gas tank getting gas that way.

Ya, I thought of that..nothing you can do about drilling a gas tank. But I did get a locking cap.. from what I've seen on the internet, you can siphon gas from a Tacoma.

I know you could from my gen1 tundra. From what i gather there's a bunch of bogus stant locking gas caps sold that don't work throwing codes. The real ones are ok.

I've filled up twice & no codes. I do top off only to round up $.25...
