Maybe, let me know if any of the players kneel for the National Anthem? We’re going to see the inaugural game of the AAF San Antonio Commanders play the San Diego Fleet!
Anybody else watching live football tonight?
Oh, we’re all ready to take pics and call em out online! [emoji631]Maybe, let me know if any of the players kneel for the National Anthem?

Way to dodge that bullet.
That’s why my father said he wouldn’t watch the nfl or Super Bowl. That being said he was never in the military but he is a American man that helps and respects all arm forces. From the ones way back then and the ones now. If you didn’t have respect when I was young you got your head thumped. . Different times and different places now.
Well said, Bogunn!Well said.
Making a “statement” is one thing. But it should not be at the expense of our flag.
That beautiful flag is a symbol of this great representative republic. Many have fought and died to secure the freedoms we have and that so many take for granted.
Many have fought and died on foreign soil in an attempt to secure the freedoms we enjoy for others and to stop tyranny for the oppressed.
This is a nation built on the rights given to us by our Creator and on the ideals set forth by our founders.
This nation was a great experiment. The framers of our Constitution took ideas from all of the past failed democracies and republics of antiquity, like the Athenians and the Roman Republic, and formulated a system of government that can stand the test of time. When the Constitution was ratified it was one of the greatest works ever penned by man.
This amazing country still stands as a beacon of freedom and opportunity to the rest of the world.
Taking a knee during the National Anthem might seem cool to some, like it’s no big deal, or as an acceptable statement for a belief.
But it is not acceptable, nor will it ever be. Because that flag isn’t just a piece of cloth. It’s a symbol of America. A banner that stands as a tribute to those who have fought, bled, and died to build this nation and to keep it free.
You brought tears to this old Air Force Retirees eyes Bogunn. Thank you.Well said.
