Idk, you'd have to ask....if you can find someone that speaks english. They're not readily present in every town, or city here.....mostly sanctuary in cities. A fair number of residents here even have those multi colored walkways from the cities sidewalk to their front door. They also display the same type flag to go with it. Gotta be something in the cities water supply.

I know all about the pressure wave these loaded megaton 18 wheelers create that damage's our infrastructure. You should have seen what they did to the est40 highway from montreal to trios rivieres.
