The Q & A Thread

Yea but that, I don't think is the norm. Like cyber bullying the people I would imagine that do it online don't do it in person.

Oh I agree, so they can cast their insults & **** **** talking from a nice safe "anonymous location".

I am by no means some kind of bad ass & don't pretend to be but like I told another "If you talked to me face to face like you've typed at me here, I WILL knock you on your ass" I meant it then , & it still applies now, especially on a forum where your a regular it's even more important to just be yourself, I'll interact the same way whether face to face or across the country keyboard to keyboard...

Well played my old friend....@bojangles

Reason why I ask, I read a post somewhere on tacomaworld, some guy sayin the OME isnt rebuildable?

Well I should restate that , all coilovers ARE rebuildable ... BUT !! which ones that are user friendly & can get rebuild kits for is another thing, remember they don't want to sell you another kit they want to sell you another shock... I can't comment on OME...

I love the old man emu kit, but the struts won’t last forever. I know icons can be rebuilt..

Right, this helps in the decision process, if mech motivated you can rebuild yourself fairly easy from what I've been told (personally I haven't)

& depending where you live you can find nitrogen pretty easy to re charge your struts...

I’m in San Diego. Tons of off road shops over here. I just don’t wanna pay 3 grand on an off road suspension kit, then have it be disposable when it needs maintnece

Another question!

I don’t wanna start a new thread so... I got my camper shell painted a month ago. My question is how can I make sure the paint job lasts as long as possible? And is it safe to wash it with car soap now and wax it with paste wax (meguires). Like is it too soon?

I did recently hose it down with just a garden hose, just to get the surface dirt off. I used no car soaps at all. Anyone have any advice for me?
