Things I DON’T like about my Tacoma

Has any one notice how
freakin ' bright the nav goes at night time I keep having this glare in my perifial vision ?

I looked. at canyon and Colorado's 2018 and after We were done and driving out of Chevy dealer my wife and I looked at each other and we said at the same time my 135 k mile tundra drove so much nicer !!!! Why am I selling it ? Oh yeah I don't need 3 trucks lol

To change the display brightness:
Go to: Apps/Setup/Display
Then: (with headlights ON) Make sure Day Mode is clicked off.
If it is on the brightness stays the same even with the lights on.
If it is off it will dim with the headlights.

If that doesn’t work go into Display settings and change the Brightness and Contrast to your preference.
 
Cool thanx in still reading owners manual when I go to bed at nite lol ill mess with it tonite ,I figure. there must be dimmer somewhere

No problem.
FYI: The dash display dims with the Odometer knob. Just twist it left to dim and right to brighten.
Between the two you can have it adjusted to the way you want in a minute or two.

No. Friggin. Way.
One must be designed with thorough R&D to ensure the Toyota quality standard is met or exceeded. It has to be able to withstand the vigorous off road testing that Toyota owners are sure to put through. $39.99 each, $44.99 for the TRD logo option

Put yourself a pair of Jump Wings and Cross Rifles. That’d be more like it.
 
As I’m cleaning up the Silver Bullet today, removing the grit and grime from the recent nastiness, I realized another flaw in my otherwise perfect rig; no hold down tabs for the front passenger floormat. Really? I’da paid the extra $4.99 for a hold down doololly thing.
