Tire Ply Rating

Little advice needed. Thinking about getting BFG K02’s for my 17 TRD SPORT. 265/70R17. Which’s the softer sidewall rating ? Truck will see occasional off roading but mainly see paved and gravel roads. Thanks

It’s a ****ty tire. The sidewalls are weak and the tread design doesn’t provide the best traction. Yes it’s been updated but still the same basic tire.

Nah. Wha?!? It’s a good tire. Maybe not the best out there. But one of the best all around tires for sure.

I had them. They worked but my Hankooks are way better as far as traction goes.

I had hankook ATMs on my old truck. Never, ever again. Worst tire I’ve ever owned. To each their own.

Fantastic for me so far. This is the only tire I bought twice.

At least they aren’t Duracraps.

I got my 285/75/16 BFG KO2’s for $163 each from discount tires they where on sale for $188 each with $100 rebate if you bought 4. At the time I couldn’t pass that deal up.
Are you talking about the cooper discoverer AT3?

My Hankooks were $104 each.

265/75/16 from Online Tires which is close to work. So I still had to pay mounting and balance. Also no option for road hazard.
