You’ll need more lift the 285 is the width, the 75 is the height and the 17 is the rim size.

285/70/17 = 32.7x11.2”
285/75/17 = 33.8x11.2”

I love the tread pattern but I bet it is loud and gets a little squirrelly on wet tarmac.
