tire

Hello All, I'm a new Taco owner. I have a 2022 TRD off road and I will be replacing my tires. I current have 265s, however, I am looking for a larger tire without modifying my taco with a lift package. What is the largest tire I can put on?

Why do you think you need a bigger tire? My 2020 gen3 v6 has 245/75 16 tires that drives, and handles well with them.
I take you are aware a larger/heavier tire hurts fuel economy, and performance in these trucks, not to mention throw the speedometer off. Imo, only gaining an 1/2'' more ground clearance by having a larger tire vs above on a bone stock tacoma is just a bad decision.

Hi, looking for more ground clearance. I misspoke, 265s are fine, but want to find out if I can put a larger tire without it rubbing in the wheel well.

Understood, thanks for the guidance.
