Trailer tail lights not working

My 2020 Tacoma's trailer tail lights do not work. The turn signal, emergency flaskers and breaking work fine. I've checked both fuses and relay and they all checkout OK. What other areas should I be looking? Thanks.
 
Make sure you have the 12 volts to ground for the running lights pin on your trucks trailer connector also.
