Do anybody know where is the control solenoid D is located on the transmission

Usually those are inside the transmission where you need to drop the pan to see it.

You should have a parts schematic of the transmission that would identify that solenoid. All transmissions vary year to year with the newer electronically controlled ones having several solenoids.

Should I use the parts from Toyota or use the parts anywhere else?

Do I got to change all of them at once?

Your scanner should print out the code for which solenoid that has failed, needing replacement. If the transmission has a zillion miles on it, well thats another story where you should be thinking about a rebuild, or reconditioned replacement transmission. Toyota replacement parts are always best.
