It's actually a CB antenna! I got it as a gift not realizing it was 6ft high.... But it doesn't cause too much trouble, I have to tuck it down when I go through parking garages or some drive through places [emoji23][emoji23]. I'm just waiting until a used or cheap smaller antenna comes up around me.

Couldn’t see the top in the first pic. Looked longer than 6’. I was wondering where you were trying to pick up CB signal from!
