Sorry about the downtime. We had to patch our server last night due to Meltdown and Spectre. After we rebooted one of our databases crashed. Everything should be back to normal now. If not let me know.

Lots of spambots.
For the most part people are reasonable. If you ask them not to do something they are usually agreeable. I just haven't found the need yet.

That’s a good thing. Self policing and not too much over sensitivity helps.
It also must be your commanding presence as the moderator! No one dares challenge you.
