Hey everyone,
I have been considering how Caterpillar has been able to remain one of the most preferred companies in the construction market over the decades. Their machines appear to take over every job site, whether it is excavators, or dozers. However, what makes people remain committed to the brand like performance, durability or after sales services?
Generally, the cost of Caterpillar construction equipment is usually a bit higher than that of the competitors, but according to numerous contractors, it is compensated with reliability and reduced maintenance. Some maintain that other newer brands are providing the same power at a cheaper price.
What's your take? Is Caterpillar maintaining its premium status or is it high time the contractors begin to look elsewhere?
