    In the shop again

Hey TacoLoco16, What dealer are you taking it to? I'm also in Eugene. I had the original transmission TSB done and it helped, then I also had the Rev 1 done and it was better still. Solved the problem with hunting for gears. I didn't have the surge or the reverse to drive problem you've had.

    Transmission shudder or vibration

I've only had my new 2016 Tacoma a week now, but I've noticed a shudder or vibration when coming to a stop. I tried putting it into neutral and braking to a stop ... no shudder or vibration. So it seems to be related to the transmission (automatic). Any ideas or advice?

    Help installing OEM mud flaps

    Help installing OEM mud flaps

No ... they are NOT the same as those on the radiator cover. I removed the one in the front driver wheel well and all that was left was a square hole. So then I could not put the extra screw (bolt) into the hole. The extra screw (bolt) for each of the mud flaps installs directly INTO the plastic...

It's been quite a few years since I've had a 4WD vehicle. Is it ok to run 4WD on a dry gravel road?

    Help installing OEM mud flaps

With the OEM mud flaps there is one extra provided screw for each mud flap. There is a plastic plug in the hole where these extra screws are to be inserted. How do I remove these plugs? Thanks!

First thing to go "V6" badge on the tailgate

I have a couple of V10 chrome badges that came with a V10 Ford powered motorhome I owned a few years back. I never put them on the motorhome. Maybe I should use these to replace the V6 badges. :-)

    Considering... is this deal ok?

OP here ... I now own a 2016 SR5 V6 4WD with appearance package, tow packag, tonneau cover, all weather mats, & door sill protector, "Barcelona.Red Metallic" with black & red interior. I decided to go with 4WD, rather than my intial intention of 2WD. After working the deal with my trade, I ended...

    Considering... is this deal ok?

Another local dealer has the same in 4wd for about $3k more MSRP. I'll check their "e-price". I've been debating about 4wd. Even though I wouldn't use it a lot, it's probably good to have when I might need it.
