What do some of you use to air up your tires after airing down. Had a small pump but it would take awhile to air back up the tires. Looking for something that doesn’t take a half hour to air back up.

So I have my wheels off so I can do my lift. I know that they are a 16x8. How do I know what the offset is? There is a 12 and a 13 on a couple of the spokes.

So I’m doing my air filter change with the oil change and I notice where the air filter goes is another filter on the engine side and it looks dirty. Does this come out and get changed also? Never noticed this before. Also this box is tapped into the wires. What is this?
