Anyone have to replace the rear brake shoes??? My tacoma has 178,500 on the clock and the tech said I have 3/32s left on the shoes (4/32s on the front pads)??? Sounds like they are soon "to be worn out"??? Might want to do this now rather than Jan/ Feb...... PA winters on a cold garage floor are not fun.:((

Hey BigMau,

How is it going on this Sunday morning? I can not for the life of me figure out why lying down or sitting down in a cold garage in a Pennsylvania winter working on an old Tacoma is not fun.

Yes, it sounds like you need to do your brakes with what you just described.

Good Luck.

Paul
