Gas mileage in my new Tacoma

Ever since they went to 10% ethanol fuels here i've never any fuel system cleaner. Years back MTBE was added to our gas to help clean the air, only to find out gas station in ground tanks that leaked were polluting the ground water, plus it left the throttle bodies on your engine all black, and sooty inside. Now with ethanol their shiny, and spotless.

I managed 300 on a 15 gallon tank......4 cylinder thou.
5 times 18...me thinks no way.

I'd think you'd really be pushing it. Maybe in ideal conditions. 450 is more likely.

My rig gets very good mpg wheelin' in Colorado in the higher elevation, even when pushing 70+ mph and up

Here in connecticut i've seen an average of 23 mpg at 55-65 mph.in summer with my 2020 v6 sr5. Right now its 97 degrees, and humid outside.

I took mine on a road trip last weekend at 62 mph I was getting 26.8 and getting passed by everyone on the highway lol
