Well if they're not educated by now they never will. Besides this isn't the only place in the universe to find out about Toyota's past with rusty bad frames.

Well there seems to ALWAYS be new folks popping up now & then that have absolutely NO CLUE... such as I was in situation 5 years ago when i first saw some pictures of stuff i have not ever seen before!

not everyone is on the interWebs like we are
many rely on the toyota dealers to keep their Tacoma tipTop
and those people do NOT have your best intrest in mind all the time

know where it starts key areas and where to look for fastidious prevention
i have not done much researching into it yet

I don't know how well krown encapsulates existing rust....it's generally designed for new vehicles.
