The day isn't even over... It's a low step count for me since not working, but look at my intake. I used to get the cold sweats a few months ago if my "blood sugar was low".. yet today I've eaten an ounce of cheese, two ounces of dry salami, and coffee with a teaspoon of sugar.
I haven't felt any "blood sugar" issues at all today, and haven't had many at all since this keto diet.
Yes I'll drink more water, the days only half over
The calorie deficit isn't accurate on the Fitbit... I'm using a keto app for the calorie deficit and carb control.

Took the Fitbit off and charged it Tuesday and didn’t put it on until later Wednesday or I was lazy

Sounds like you'll be getting a new Fitbit! My new Versa wouldn't sync the time (was always 3 minutes off) so they sent me a new one.
