needing a new MT clutch procedure

Countershaft is internal. You have to disassemble the tranny to inspect everything whats still ok, and what needs to be replaced when rebuilding it. Countershaft must of had excessive wear along with bearings.

I've come to the conclusion you have so many useless pics., and videos posted that you have no clue where 90% of them even are.

dammit!!

I head the new throwout bearing making chirpy noises today
How the hale would this start making that noise after such a short time period??

It likely is not the Throw-out bearing. You've got another worn out part Yelling to get out of the truck.

Afaik itsthe throwout bearing, sounds just like it did before it was replaced
The chatter went away whilst slightly tapping my finger on the clutch pedal

Probably clapped out clutch pedal linkage squeaking away. You have more complaints than I've come across in my lifetime.
Have you considered a lobotomy procedure?

i am certain that it is the throwout bearing making chatter already
how would this noize be a linkage squeak ???

If you hear clatter, especially under load...thats more like piston slap, or something going south in the valve train.

it was at idle whilst standing outside the rig
reached in with hand and touched the 3rd pedal and the chatter stopped
