So you're in Texas too? From what part of the state do you hail? I'm just east of Dallas myself! Love the truck by the way, especially the rifle! Is that a Winchester model 94? .30-30? Cute dog too!

I sure am! That's my favorite .22 plinker! North Texas ! The Metroplex! What do you mean cute dog?
Sorry I thought I saw a dog in there, after a closer look I realized it was just the way the light was hitting the windshield. My bad! Anyhow nice Taco! Glad to see it's a manual transmission, those things are practically extinct nowadays! I like them myself, wish my 1st gen was a manual instead of an automatic, but...oh well!

My oh my JayQQ97 you just brought back the memories from yester year. Looks just like my sons Gold 95 Tacoma and simular to his two brothers that had a 1990, and 1993 when they were in High School. I freaking love the old Toyota pickup trucks and the 1st Gen Tacomas. Double like my friend !
thanks for the double like!

does your son still have that sweet rig?
what became of it if he does not

Lol, if I knew then what I know now I would have kept that 95 Tacoma. I bought it off a combat engineer at Ft Leonard Wood in 2006 for $8,000. It was always garaged and my son babied it. He traded it in at a Mercedez dealership in Biloxi for $3,500 in 2020. There wasn't a single thing wrong with that pickup truck and it had 110,000 miles. If I could take one back, it would be that one….

Ft Leonard wood in Missouri? I've been by there

They stole that truck from him if in even fair shape its worth more than that I would think to a taco junkie

Was it the 4 or 6 cyl?

Yeah I agree with you 110%! Those things sell like hotcakes! You can sell them for pretty much any price you want and get whatever price you're asking, even if it's a little over priced! People love the 1st gen Tacos and the older pre '95 Toyota trucks as well!

She was a 6 banger, 5-speed manuel, 4WD on the fly, 6 foot box, 2 inch lift kit, and one of those bumble bee mufflers. Yes, Ft Leonard Wood is halfway between St louis and Springfield on I-44.

Anybody notice people ask really dumb questions on that Quora Digest website? Especially questions regarding guns? Ugh!
