I went to bed about 10:30........woke up at 3:30 tossin n turnin........decided to get up and start the coffee pot.

LOL.......less than 4 is a good nap. Haaaaa! I don't know if I'm worried bout work or what but usually I can sleep right on thru til 5am.

I’m a chronic night shifter so I’m usually up all night anyway. 3-4 hours is usually my max on a good nights sleep.
