We have ace , lowes, fastenal, home cheapo, and tractor supply here. If you can't find what you need, you likely don't need it.I can never find a thing in those places! and end up frustrated walking around in circles

They most likely will not have a cross-reference to part numbers of any manufacturer. Best bet is to the physical store with washers in hand. FWIW. Washers are pretty simple items. Only 5 things needed to define a washer; Outside diameter, Inside diameter, Thickness, Material, Grade. Match these features and the washer will satisfy the need.
